It’s a fair question because it’s so out of the ordinary. Just like the high level of customer service we provide to our clients.

We’re extremely proud to be able to offer courtesy limousine VIP service to our patients.  Since our beginning nearly two decades ago, New England Dental Visions has prided itself on its unique customer service and patient satisfaction, and the limousine service is an extension of that.  Currently, we’re the only general dental office in this area that provides this service for their patients.

The limousine’s primary purpose is to make our patients life easier.  We offer this service to sedation patients, elderly patients who could benefit from this service, and patients who have longer appointments and would prefer to relax.  We will also be providing service to patients during snow storms if they should feel uncomfortable driving themselves in bad weather conditions.

An elderly patient who could no longer drive stated, “When you offered to pick me up for my appointment, I thought that was so nice. I never expected that I would be picked up in a limousine.  It’s been a long time since I’ve been fussed over this much! I’m really glad you have this, because I would have had to a dentist that I could walk to.  I love coming to see you, and I am really happy that you could do this for me.” 

Another stated “You saw me come to your office in a cab.  I had such a horrible experience.  Thank you for offering to take me back home in your limousine.  I will always remember that.  I was so impressed that Dr. Boulard fixed my broken tooth with a crown in one visit, instead of two or three like the old days. The limousine ride was the cherry on top of the cake.”
